Sieber Construction has extensive knowledge of HUD processes and programs, including Section 221(d)(3) and 221(d)(4), Market Rate, Section 811, Section 202 and LIHTC projects. We will assist the architect and owner with development and building design for a market rate or a cost containment project.

Our company fulfills all construction management responsibilities with our hands-on approach and attention to detail permitting Sieber Construction to ensure timely completion of an optimal value product. As a general contractor, Sieber Construction has always met the requirements of the HUD Section 202 cost containment program and has exceeded HUD regulations for quality workmanship, affirmative action hiring and all other requirements. Romar Management, founded in 1979, is Sieber Construction’s affiliated property management company.

Our diverse management portfolio is comprised of senior retirement, multi-family and commercial properties.  This provides an excellent source of project operations information, enabling us to improve future building designs and reduce operating and maintenance costs.
